While not as craggy and desolate as the western
end of the range, this part of the Superstition Mountains has a "feel" to it
that it still magic -- a different kind of magic. Rolling, colorful, and somewhat
barren, these mountains offer a sense of tranquility unlike the other mountains of
Arizona.
The mood here changes constantly, from sunrise to sunset, and from season to
season.
