   What's left of these stone walls forms part of the solar observatory, and were probably also living quarters for the Hohokam. This area is within the North Mountain Preserve, and is protected by the City of Phoenix.
   If you come across ruins like this, please do not cause them any damage, and take nothing but pictures!
